Dropped in for lunch today 12.09.2024. Was impressed with the property.
The service from the entrance to departure was very warm & friendly.
The wait-staff at the restaurant was excellent. No complaint with regards the food on offer.
The superior service and friendliness of everyone around was super.
Ms. Kalpana and Mr. Viraj made sure everything was OK by constantly enquiring if all was OK – kudos to the two. A promising journey ahead is assured if they continue to do what they did today.
As I understood by talking to Mr. Sugath Illangasinghr (a veteran hotelier with tons of experience), is the continuous training and briefings on these little things that makes the TEAM standout from the rest, to beat challenges of retaining these ‘gems’ which is a rare commodity these days.
Been around the hotel sector since 1986, have witnessed the professionalism displayed by the staff then and also seen a gradual decline of these values in the last 10-15 years due to the downturn of the industry.
In this context, was very refreshing to encounter an exceptional service today.

Well done Mr. Sugath & TEAM, keep up the good work – it will augur well for the future success of the Hotel as well as the industry, as a whole.

Our room housekeeper Vinith was so kind and professionnal.
He were very patience because we were in the room during his cleaning time so he came laterly.
The promis perfectly cleaned like our first day!
Thanks to Vinith for keeping our room very clean.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The restaurant has a good spread for breakfast and Kalpana, a stewardess made sure to offer quick service with a smile.
The rooms are very well designed with all modern amenities. Each day the room boy Shalika on my floor made sure the room was immaculately clean and organized.
I would surely stay here again.
